Purchased my first car with Sam Autos and can say was such a wonderful experience. Sam was super kind, welcoming and honest. The car looked just as clean in real life as it did in the photos- the inside was very clean (there was a stain on the roof which Sam got removed for me free of charge). All the controls worked fine, and any faults Sam fixed them free of charge. He gave me a great deal and lots of add-ons which made the service so easy and helpful. Would highly recommend for purchasing a car, fantastic service & trustworthy dealer!

After seeing the reviews on Google from this place, I was rather hesitant to visit these guys. But they had a beautiful car on for a price I thought was too good to be true, so I went to check them out. The car (which I purchased) was clean, stunning, and drove beautifully. After purchasing, I noticed that the AC was broken and there were a few other minor issues (my fault for not checking), and they took the car back and fixed all of it for free. No questions. I've had the car for over a month now and have done about 1k miles already, and it drives as smooth as the day I bought it. The sellers are trustworthy, kind and honest (which is a lot to ask for in the used car business), so much so that I recommend them to any of my family and friends who are also looking for a new car.Update: I’ve had the car for 3.5 years and it hasn’t had a single issue, besides needing a tire changed. Done ~20k miles. Passes its MOTs easily.

I brought a mini from Sam (February 2021) and totally recommend this dealership.They are honest, do their best for the customer and offer good value. If they have a car you would like then I’d definitely recommend buying from them. Nice people.

Good deals and Sam is a nice guy whose very helpful and patient. Don’t be put off by the random location which looks like someone’s back garden.

Had a really odd experience with Sams Autos and wouldn't recommend. Within two months, the engine light had come on in the car. They initially just tried to clear the fault (rather than look at it and so when it came on again, they took it in to have a look. No communication with them until I had called them after 9 days where they told me the car was a write off. They did give me a courtesy car which I ended up having up to pay costly temporary insurance on whilst I sourced another car. I repeatedly told them I wanted to collect my possessions in the car. When I came to collect them, I was told that the car had caught on fire and none of my possessions were there. At no point until this time, had they communicated to me that the car had caught on fire. They offered £100 as compensation but my possessions were worth more than that. They could at least let me collect my things before they set the car on fire for insurance purposes. Would avoid if you can.

Time wasters with dishonest and appalling customer service ! We had nearly 1.5 hours of driving to get to the yard so we'd checked in advance if they were ok with the payment method we wanted to use as it was for business use. They absolutely confirmed that its fine and to come over. We made the long journey in bad weather and when it came to making the payment they said they can't accept the payment and then shockingly denied that the payment method was agreed. Luckily my partner was with me during the initial conversation so then they accepted that the payment method was agreed but that they still won't be able to accept it. We were shocked at their response like they were hardly bothered about anything. There was no apology neither any regret on the kind of service they had given. Lot many other details during our visit led us to leave this review. Do not use them if possible !

Am unsure why such high ratings. Yes they seem friendly initially but Ive had nothing but problem after problem with my new car. Unsafe car sold and the dealers don't actually know anything about cars and are incompetently struggling to address simple issues. Ive been given 2 courtesy cars whilst they fix problems on my new car. The first had terrible brakes, the second broke down on the m25 when driving back from them! No apology for being stranded on the motorway in the dark. Im on the verge of requesting my money back and returning the car. I would never recommend this dealer.

I bought my car from Sam a few months ago, and he was very accommodating and helpful. As well as delivering the car to me on the other side of London. Recommend
