Coming from London where you can easily find in home therapy to a smaller town, I thought was going to be difficult! I am so glad I came across Monika! After contacting many places trying to get appointments, she responded fast. Upon meeting her, she was a very kind and calming person and made my partner and I comfortable. I enjoyed her feedback and hope to see her soon. Highly recommend her services if you prefer being in the comfort of your own home.

Monika Smilek is an empathic person engaging in helping every patient. He tries to find the cause and solve the issue using various techniques and modern methods. It is noteworthy that she does not treat patients commonly, but devotes her time individually for everybody and looks for the most effective solution for a particular case.She helped me with a painful frozen shoulder.

The best back massage I have ever had! Monika is so warm, professional, and knowledgeable about posture, spine etc. Since having a massage with Monika, we don’t want to go anywhere else. I always feel completely relaxed and significantly less stiff afterwards. Even one of my friends who never has massages came to Monika and she absolutely loved her massage and has asked to come again. I highly recommend her to anyone she is excellent!

Monika was fantastic, I booked a 90 minute massage as a surprise for my Mum and she said it was one of the best massages she's ever had. She was also very accommodating and good at communicating prior to the booking. I would thoroughly recommend her.

It's been a while since having a lymphatic massage and not many therapists seem to offer this. On finding Monika, she was really professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be booking in with her again and would thoroughly recommend!
