Domestec was responsive and could attend quickly to my broken dishwasher. They first tried to fix my machine rather than just selling a new one. When it still didn’t work they quickly provided quotes for several replacement options and fitted it quickly. Friendly and helpful.

Amazing service came out the same day and repaired the oven, the engineer was friendly and had the job all finished in half an hour including fitting a new fan that wasn't on the original call out . Highly recommended

Your engineer turned up when promised, he was friendly and courteous, quickly identified the problem, checked that he had the necessary spare part and gave me an on the spot estimate of the cost and work involved. I accepted his estimate and told him to carry on with the repair. 30 minutes later he told me he had finished and the oven was now working normally. My kitchen was left clean and tidy with no obvious signs of any work been carried out. This is the second time I have used you and would not hesitate to use you again should the need arise.

Engineer arrived in the time frame allotted to replace the door seal on my 11 year old washing machine. He was quick, efficient and polite. I was impressed.Not cheap, especially as I am on the fringes of the area covered but I would happily use Domestec again.

I 100% recommended Domestec.The stop/start button broke on my whirlpool washing machine. I called 3 companies, to get quotes for comparison, but each then proceeded to hard sell me into buying 12 month plans and other ‘offers’ then push me into booking a call out there and then.I then called Domestec and spoke to Dan. He gave me a quote for the part I needed and the cost of the engineer coming to fixit.It was half the price of the other quotes.Was given a 1pm - 5pm slot a few days later and James the engineer arrived at 1pm and was professional, friendly and did a great job.While James was already in my kitchen, he kindly looked at my broken fridge light and told me that he could order a spare part and would come back in a few days and put it in.He said there wouldn’t be another call out charge, I would just have to pay for the new spare part only. There no hidden charges or other nonsense. I paid exactly what I was quoted.I have been so impressed with the staff at Domestec. They are so professional, kind and courteous and don’t try to rip you off with hard selling all these ‘offers’. They get the job done at a very reasonable price.

Very prompt and polite phone call to book in repair.Nice friendly repair man and as it was a quick and straight forward fix he shaved off some of the cost of the call out fee.A little goes a long way and was very much appreciated.Thankyou.
