Thanfully, I discovered the team at FHJ who's prompt assistance enabled me to keep my business functioning. Their flexible approach and ready availability with advice was exactly what I needed. What's more, the team where transparent with the costs - which I felt were very reasonable - and talked things through with me at each stage. I have little or no idea with computers. I had an irritating issue with my laptop so just before I smashed it with a hammer I decided to run it over to FHJ on the Bromfield. They close at 5.30 ish and I arrived about 5pm. I was offered a coffee while I waited and within 15 minutes one of the staff, Lewis had identified and rectified the problem while I waited, he even helped me set up my GoPro. Top gent.Very reasonable rates.I could not have been more impressed, friendly & professional, great service and if I have any more PC issues I'll take my custom to these guys. Spot on.

They not only achieved this but produced a product which enables us to perform our day to day functions for more easily. Had a problem with laptop screen. Was sent an email with bill just for taking a look, then told the screen was fixed and when I got it the screen was even worse. To then tell them the issue is worse, pop it back we will take a look again. No one in the shop tried twice in one day and no reply by email to even try to rectify issue. Poor service

Came in with a problem that was promptly diagnosed and then given a resolution. There was an active line of communication to keep up to date on the current situation. Any problems that I had afterwards I was able to get information on how to fix. They also considered my own queries as I have some knowledge on hardware.Overall great people to talk with and very forthcoming!
