Very bad experience from this surgery. Not about the doctors, the reception members are not picking up the calls . I used to try to call them from 8 clock they are not attend the call.i think they put the phone on busy mode.after a particular time they pick up the call and say that there is no appointment...it's very disgusting.

Never had anything but an amazing experience with this surgery. Extremely accommodating, helpful, courteous. Will try their best to find a spot to squeeze you in if they can. Nurses are lovely and knowledgable. We like our respective GPs too.

I suffer with ongoing medical issues. Almost every single time I have rang the surgery at 8am, when it opens, the phone has been engaged for at least half an hour. As far as I’m aware this is not normal procedure and patients should be in a queue on hold. When somebody does answer more often than not they’re rude, abrupt and lack care and compassion. I’d love to comment on the doctors but I’m rarely able to get an appointment despite calling at 8am as instructed, numerous days within a week. I will be changing GP surgery and would recommend others to do so.

Very poor quality of care, not about doctors, they are fantastic. The person who attends the call doesn't know anything, no proper information provided and very rude behaviour, not even ready to hear what the person on the other side want to tell. Very pathetic experience. Surgery needs to rethink whether they still need to keep staff with this type of attitude.

Whoever is working at the reception today needs to be fired immediately! I was told that if I’m “busy for the 4 hour slot I’m given to receive a call, don’t call then”. incredibly insensitive and rude staff, I’m shocked at how this person got a job in customer service. Appalling.

Rude staff. Hard to get prompt information everyone provide different information everyone I call, it’s not less than torture but only they are protected with laws not patients. they can talk rudely and you still need to be listening them.

Very insensitive staff. Half the time the lines are not working. To book anything you have to call 8-9 AM, and it's very hard to get them to answer the telephone. When they answer they'll book you a telephone appointment, when you finally speak to the doctor, they'll tell you you actually need a face to face appointment, and when you want to book the appointment they'll tell you to call tomorrow. Also sometimes the doctor will hang up the phone. They don't listen to you and often prescribe wrong type of medication. They don't communicate well, they don't show you how to do a test or a procedure they assume you have to know everything of it. Come on, you're working with sick people, you shouldn't add all this stress on top of their sickness.
