Highly recommend company. Professional, personable, responsive, great value and excellent work quality. I had quotes almost double the cost and working time than Riverside Floor Sanding. My house is a typical 100 yrs old valley’s terrace. In my opinion the floors were not in great condition, these guys took just 4 days to sand, repair, add pine slithers to all gaps then finish with a clear satin finish. It looks amazing, it’s very smooth under foot and not a creak to be heard. I set them quite a challenge and they delivered an exceptional result. If you want to restore your wooden floor use this company!

Appointment made quickly after contact to view the area that needed Sanding and resealing. Anthony came out and provided advice and gave a competitive quote. No pressure to accept and contact with Serafine in the office was great. After accepting the quote, Anthony again attended and showed us the finishes that were available to us. No pressure to make an upfront payment Date was booked in. Anthony and his team turned up on time and were professional, polite and personable. Anthony was very punctual, polite, professional and helpful from the time he came to give us a quote to the finish of the job. We had the oak wood block floors in our living room, dining room and toilet repaired, filled, sanded and lacquered. The work was on-time, to a high standard and we are very pleased with the finish. The process was, as advertised, dust free.Some underlying problems were identified towards the end of the job (relating to areas under the blocks and nothing to do with the sanding) and Anthony returned on more than one occasion to review the problem, provide advice and propose solutions. He then undertook the work to fix the problem.All-in-all a great job by a great team and we have no hesitation in recommending Riverside Floor Sanding to others.
