Came into the salon today, spur of the moment and with no appointment. Sally greeted me and said she could fit me in now if I wished - jump in the chair. Covid procedures were all in place to a very high standard. Sally trimmed my hair, no rush and a nice chat. She was very friendly and a credit to Impressions. Wont hesitate to return to the salon and would highly recommend without hesitation.

I have used this hairdressers for my own colour and cut, and also my 3 year olds haircuts. It's a lovely, fairly priced and friendly salon, and I would recommend them. They are open on Mondays too, which is great as most hairdressers in Ipswich are closed.

Haircut was rushed, fringe was not complete when i got home large chunks left uncut. Staff seemed to desperate to get home, or to see the ‘walk in’ that they had. Estimated 15 minutes to do my hair to the walk in, never had a cut less than half hour and in the end it was literally 15 minutes & a soggy head of hair to walk home with. Never again.

Ok and friendly but £10 for a grade 1 where everyone else is £5.This is the reason I will not head back.
