Been using CT Lewis for a number of years on many different sites. When you call up they very helpful and professional. At times skips do get delayed due to traffic and other elements but it will get to you.

Was told skip should of been delivered before 10am and it didnt arrive until 10.45am. When i phoned at 10am asking where the skip was, i was told skip is on the way and should be with you in 5 mins! Guess what....it wasnt! So i complained again and was told that he would cancel the skip...it isnt your choice to cancel skip...its mine as i ordered it! Company needs to take more care about time keeping and the man on reception should go for customer service lessons...as he most definately needs them!

Nothing is ever to much trouble, always a helpful and professional service. Always willing to help.
