I'm an anxious perpetually shy awkward individual who would rather snip my grass with safety scissors than attend anything with people in large groups. BUT I was immediately put at ease, Linzi recognised that I do struggle a bit and doesn't force me to do anything I'm not comfortable with.Linzi is like a bubble of energy and happy and is so inclusive. It's not a group that shoves negative food ideas or body shaming, its all so positive and about what works for you.It's a positive group, a safe space and people that I'll probably awkwardly convince to be my friend(s).Kids are welcome too, I just haven't been brave enough to bring mine yet.
