Fantastic solution to parking in London, just what we needed! I'm hooked and would recommend to all my associates!

So used the app for the first time last week. Smooth process, next to no friction. The valet met me just outside the office, was really polite and friendly, took the car away and that was that. I didn't have to worry about anything until I needed to pick it up again at the end of the day. Car was delivered to exactly where I was and that's a god send when it comes to parking in London. No stress, hassle or time wasting. Great service that I will use again

I arranged to meet outside my meeting location. They were there a few minutes early which helped me as I was too and the car was returned with an incredibly friendly driver at the pre-arranged time when I finished.I will use this service all the time now if it works as efficiently as this every time - its far easier than looking for parking and no more expensive without the hassle.Great app!!

LOVE this app! What a game changer. I can park anywhere in London safely, securely and easily for less than on-street parking costs. Literally amazing, and the customer service is brilliant.

Arrived in London on the afternoon of Sunday 14th February at Bedfordbury, just off the Strand not realising that it was the Chinese New Year celebrations that weekend. A large number of roads around the West End were closed off but, fortunately for us we were able to access our destination where we had agreed for Vallie to pick up the car. They arrived on time and came out specially on a Sunday. Robin picked up the car and Enrico dropped it back outside the flat we had rented on time and as promised. It really saved me the stress of driving to a car park myself and then having to walk or taxi back to the flat.DEFINITELY THE BEST WAY TO PARK YOUR CAR IN LONDON IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONSITE PARKING!

We don't go into London very often and we always struggle to park. We were going to an awards evening near St Pauls and din't know the area. Trying to find a parking space is also made harder as we have a Discovery which is higher than a lot of car parks. Vallie came up in a search so I started looking into them. We were very sceptical about the whole thing but after several conversations with Robin and Nash we thought we would give it a go. Arrived slightly later than agreed but we just gave them a call and our driver was waiting when we arrived. The service was really good and when we wanted the car back the next day they had it with us in less than 20 minutes. I would really recommend this service to anyone needing a parking space and no stress. Great service, thank you Dan

Wow - what a great customer experience...and so cheap!! I found Vallie as I was searching in Google for parking in Russell Square in central London and I really liked the idea of it so I thought 'Why not?' From start to finish it was super professional. They take payment from your card so I was able to use my company card. They don't take it until after they have performed the service and give a receipt. As it was a leap into the unknown I was reassured by the amount and level of communications I got from them. I knew the name and number of the 'Vaillie' who was collecting my car, had a head office number to call if I couldn't connect with him, and as it turns out my times of my meeting changed so I had to call. They were really flexible and helpful. I saw my Vaillie in the place where he said he would be (in distinctive red gear) and he knew how to drive my (complicated steering wheel focussed) car - I have a Mercedes ML and that has no physical gear handle and a weird handbrake configuration. He was polite and professional and I felt confident to leave the car with him. I arranged to pick up from the same road I dropped the car off at and he was there no worries. I got charged less than I would have paid in an NCP AND I got personal service - a total winner winner chicken dinner! I haven't been this excited about a new service since Amazon Prime!
