They sent uncooked naan.I had to throw away half of it!

Wow where do I start. I walked in wanting to get something and the lady at the till appeared to be talking to a customer/ friend of hers. The two were deeply engrossed as I walked up to the till the man wanting to be served quickly pushed his items towards her in order to gesture that he was buying items. Again perfectly fine however they continued to talk for over five minutes whilst I stood there as if i wasn’t present. Eventually the interaction ended and the woman at the till deliberately turned her back to me ignoring me deliberately as if I wasn’t there and walked away. She then started talking to a colleague at which point I was incredibly frustrated and asked her when she why she hadn’t served me. She was very rude and her tone disgustingly entitled and aggressive. I questioned her and she had nothing to say for herself at which point my husband intervened and I walked away. This woman should not be at the front of house her attitude is disgusting. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP IN AN ARGUMENT!!!

Be prepared to be insulted if you carry a non vegetarian take away inside the shop. The girl in the store insulted me that non vegetarian take away carry bag should not be carried inside the shop, as it is a vegetarian take away shop. (There is no sign board that says so.)Be prepared to have your dahi puri (or similar items) prepared with bare hands without wearing gloves. One for the shop owner to consider implementing for customer health reasons.Never faced such a rude behavior in my life.These are based on incident happened on 2nd September 6:45 pm.

I've been ordering from here for years and on the holy day of Janamastami today I experienced the rudest customer service ever. in particular from short, large sized woman serving at the till.She walked away from the till after seeing me waiting to be served whereby she was speaking in her lingo and having jokes with her colleagues in full view of the kitchen area . I was standing there for a while with no consideration or acknowledgement from any staff member..She then proceeded to the front till still avoiding eye contact and acknowledgement with me. Her colleague at the back saw my face and smiled..I spoke to her and said when do I intend to get served? This same woman than put her hand up ( like a stop sign towards my direction) with no communication or looking at me still. Another colleague heard me ask the above and quickly brought the ordered food which all this time was next to this same woman who was fidgeting with her service screen all this time. After taking the bag I told her colleague I was intending to buy sweets for offering but will not after this appalling treatment by this woman. The same woman then said I was waiting for your bhajis that's why, to which I told her you never once acknowledged me since I arrived to be served. I then walked out. Stingy with giving out green sauce with samosa. Places tamarind sauce even when u tell her u want green sauce. Lady overcharges, and gives you less sauce be careful. They were very rude. I called them many times and they did not answer my phone. After calling them multiple times a lady answered and she told me to wait. I waited for more than a minute and she then hung up the phone. She overcharges me for green sauce and does not give you much. She even mixed water in my sauce. It took her 3 minutes just to put a put sauce in a small container. They were not kid-friendliness at all. Very rude.

I have always enjoyed the food at Meera’s. But the customer service has deteriorated over the last few months. The lady that takes the orders is so rude

The women that’s takes orders is the rudest women I have ever come across . She telling me to hurry up with my order. I will never order from there again due to her and her rude service . I found the food to be dirty and oily.

The food here you can not fault. It is always fresh and delicious. I have been going here for years and have never had a bad meal.The customer service, however, is very bad. On the phone the lady serving is very rude and when you go into the restaurant she is again very rude. I have found this, my girlfriend too, as well as friends who have had the same experience.It's a shame as if the customer service was improved, it would be 5 stars.

I’ve been meaning to drop by here for a while, after hearing great things about this traditional Indian vegetarian restaurant, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I had the dry chilli garlic mogo, daal makhani & chilli paneer. Each one was full of flavour, and a generous portion for the price.The freshly cooked chilli paneer was the star of the show, it was mesmerising watching the chef use the wok to transform all the ingredients. It was exactly what I expected chilli paneer to be, chock full of paneer not too much sauce.They were happy to accept card payment, and I thought the service was good. Be aware it’s a takeaway only, no seating (at least when I went).

I think this is one of the best takeaways in the area..perfect when you need that Indian food fix. I ordered Aloo papdi chaat it was a good size portion, fresh and tasty and still was crunchy by the time I ate it! Lunch time thalis are really good, chilli paneer and dosa. Definitely go there..try everything
