Paid in full for break discs and pads only to be confirmed from another garage a few weeks later that they hadn’t even replaced the discs and only put pads on. The car had only done a few hundred miles and discs are supposed to last 50,000 miles. I’ve had to pay to get them done again!

Tony and the team at ID Coachworks in Hebburn did an amazing job in restoring/replacing extensive bodywork damage of my Volvo XC90. They provided a very competitive quote after discussing with me in detail what I wanted, then they worked quickly and professionally to make all of the damage disappear. Their work and service was so good I brought my sons car over to them for a clutch replacement, four new tyres and a host of other wear and tear parts replaced to get it through it’s MOT too. Their price was not only good, they also threw in a courtesy car and got all of the work done within two days.Let’s just say I know where I’ll be coming for any of my future car maintenance/repair needs in future!

Bought a car here 6 months ago, said it went through a full check with multiple things repaired. They said they did a MOT on it, it was perfect, ready to go and as new! Well I guess not. 6 months later failed MOT and would cost me at least 2 times the amount I paid for the car to fix it. The garage where I got the MOT done told me this is damage from at LEAST 3 years, while other MOTs done by themselves didn’t even had a note of anything nearby. Absolutely ashamed of myself that I trusted these people when I asked for advise. If you want to buy a car here, prepaire yourself and double check

Just had my car in to remove some rust off my sill. These guys are the best around with out a doubt, price couldn’t be beaten and the quality or there work is exceptional! Dropped my car off Tuesday night and was ready by 12 o’clock the next day couldn’t say a bad a word about these lads 10 out of 10 lads thanks again!

This was my first experience with these guys and they met my expectations and beyond. I had an X5 wing supplied and fitted, Headlights supplied and fitted, Disk Pads at the back, 2 back tyres fitted, full servicing and some scratches on the bumper removed. This was a big job and it took them 3 days and I was also given a courtesy car in between. The price was very reasonable and I fell back in love with my X5. I recently moved to Hebburn and took a chance with these guys after I read some reviews and I will definitely bring my car back for MOT in December!!

Just had my car serviced and a MOT completed the service provided was exceptional picked up and delivered on time to the precise minute. The correct oil was used for the engine and they updated the oil and servicing schedule for the price and service that was given these guys will very hard to beat. Cant say enough on how good they are.

Be very careful of this company. They are extremely friendly and helpful pre sale but the moment you walk out the door that changes and the real experience starts. The worst experience of my life buying and owning a car!! I paid for 12 months tax which they forgot to put on the car ( claims it was DVLA fault) I was clamped and had to pay another 12 months tax and the clamping fee! Tony and his staff refused to pay me back and kept the original money I paid for the tax, the gearbox went after 2 weeks and although they paid part of the cost after weeks of calling and calling I still ended up paying £390 myself . The paint has flaked off the roof ( and everywhere else) not interested, the van was a CAT D which I knew but the repair job they did Is terrible, bolts missing, wires cut and soldered together or just twisted in places. The damage that they disclosed was a total lie and the car should not be in the road in its current condition. I spent 15k on a car that's worth about 7k. I'm more annoyed at myself for not having a proper inspection but thought I could trust a dealer!For anyone reading this just don't buy anything from this lot!! They are crooks at best and have no morals whatsoever!

Great service and experience. Jennifer and Tony where amazing and very helpful, also young man who dropped off car and picked mine up really nice. Saved me money in comparison to my dealer and a great job. Would definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks xx

After receiving several quotes for some bumper damage on my car, I opted to use ID Coachworks. Not only was their price very competitive but they could also do the job the next working day. The customer service was great, and I'm very pleased with the overall work. I would recommend giving them a go if you need a job done quickly and at a good price.

Did a awesome amazing job on stepdaughter’s car after hitting a post. Can’t even tell there was any damage. Would recommend this garage to anyone brilliant service from start to finish.
