Be very careful taking your pets here. My cat was killed under anaesthesia because the proper steps were not taken beforehand which left me heartbroken. Avoid.

Avoid this practice/group at all costs, they’re beyond incompetent. The last 3 occasions that I’ve had to take our puppy to this practice there’s been an issue, either the receptionist is rude, they’ve tried to over charge for services or failed to book appointments. In additional to this, I’ve been made aware that the nurses and vets are targeted on giving out follow up appointments to ensure they obtain maximum charges from each client. We will be switching back to our old vets that we’ve used for the last 10 years even though it’s a 40 minute drive!! Good luck to anyone that wishes to signup or continue to use the practice.

We sadly had to take a relatives dog for urgent attention. The dog was very old, and could no longer walk, and was not eating. We knew what the likely prognosis was going to be.The staff were absolutely brilliant. They made the dog comfortable, explained everything, and dealt with putting the dog down in a very, very polite, calm, and comforting manner. Excellent service, THANK YOU.

The staff and the vet I saw were really helpful and friendly. I was a but apprehensive taking my American XL bully puppy after everything that has been going on with them, but they welcomed my Cookie, who loves meeting people and dogs with open arms.

I have just taken my dog here, he is limping,, I have had no diagnosis other than being told that he could probably do with a CT scan or X-ray and that it would cost upwards of £1500 and that they do not deal with insurance so I would have to pay up front and claim the money back, on its own I would accept that as some vets do and some don’t however, The Vet prescribed painkillers and I have been charged £44.53 for 32 ml of Loxicom — YES £44.53 — for something that I would normally expect to pay no more than £25 from a Vet and can buy online for £10. In total they have charged me £98.33 for a 5 minute consultation and a painkiller. This is a disgrace, when I got home and looked at the receipt I immediately rang up to check the cost and was told that that is just what they charge, when you consider that not long ago a friend had to take his dog to an emergency Vet on a Sunday and was charged less than this for a thorough examination and the exact same painkillers it puts it in to perspective. THIS VET IS A RIP OFF and I will be changing vets straight away.

This may sound silly. But I had been looking after a wild pigeon. Thought just been winded but relised he was very ill. I phoned up and they said just bring him down. Their caring attitude blew me away. Amazing customer service. Real caring approach. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for how you looked after me and the bird. Your where all amazing
