I have been here twice and spoken to Donna. Donna is a very kind and knowledgeable lady on the products they are selling. A lovely welcoming and friendly shop, where we recueved great help and advice.Would recommend this shop and the staff highly.

Nick and Johnny delivered a riser recliner for us just a half an hour ago, right on time and incredibly quickly after our visit to their store. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everything has been perfectly demonstrated and explained and time allowed for decisions with no pressure. We will definitely be visiting their store again for anything else we require and it is great to know the shop is so close and so friendly. Thank you Ableworld.

During October/November 2018 I purchased a recliner chair for my Father, who was in hospital at the time, something the help in in his home once he returned to it, service and help in the shop and by the delivery staff was very good. Unfortunately my Father pass away in hospital early December so never got home to use his chair so I decided to ring Ableworld to see if they took unused furniture back, I wasn’t even expecting to recoup the full price, however a very unsympathetic male member of staff point blank said they didn’t do returns. I felt this was an exceptional case and surely they could have come to some agreement so they only get one star from me.

Always helpful. My friend has had various items from there. Scooter, Wheelchair, table, steps, radar key. A radar key allows use of disabled toilets. Vat is taken off big items for anyone with a disability. Items can be tried and either delivered or help given to get into vehicle. Free parking

Always use this lovely shop, the staff are very helpful and eager to guide you to what is right for you, took my scooter in for new battery and they tested it all, and a very reasonable price, thank you Ableworld.
