Following a fault with my sim card I spoke with Charlotte (Nolan) and she sent out a new one which I received the following day. I then received an email confirming this and to call her when it arrived so she could activate the sim. I also received an email once this had been done. Charlotte was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We have been with Barclay for a number of months; having previously had a number of lines supplied by Big Telecom, the quality of customer service is night and day. To be able to contact real people by email or lifting the phone was worth the change alone. ADSL lines have been stable and the service reliable thus far.

just signed up for a 3 year contract with o2 which has left me with no signal anywhere - fantastic for business! only 2 years and 9 months to go! ... so after many years with Barclay, when contract is up, i won't be re-signing
