Needed to get some returns done for a few orders, was not straightforward as they were all different orders with multiple items, Ian was particularly helpful with getting it done, offering to keep the items in store overnight and personally resolved everything the next morning!

I went into Angling Direct yesterday and Liam helped us out for the right equipment that we needed to fish for Pike. We went straight to the Thames and 20 mins later we caught our first Pike! He even came out the store after to see how we did when we came back to collect the car.

Love and hate this place at the same time I love it because the staff are friendly and helpful and there's alot of decent stuff to buy but I hate it because I can spend hours here getting my self in trouble with the misses because I've spent too much ha ha

Wow, this was my first time going and km a fishing beginner but the staff were so helpful and nice. They let me know everything I needed as well how to get my rod setup and some good local spots.Can't recommend enough!

Got the trakker xp suit though bottoms would be to big so took to shop and they changed them for smaller size but to small and they changed them again no problem very good service quick and easy and polite staff
