NT is the best vet we've had. She is fantastic. Explains things so clearly and gives you all the options and explanations you need. Just the best.Reception staff are always helpful and kind.

Sadly, Archie, my Jack Russell Terrier, passed away within a couple of days of being unwell.Nayantara and Rachel were very understanding and supportive as I tried to come to terms with this sudden and unexpected loss of my great companion and friend.And a particular thanks to Nayantara for taking the time to go through test results and a PM report and for reassuring me that I had done all that I could to help my boy.

Made an appointment online which was so convenient for me. Also the vet and the staff were amazing, polite and professional. The registration was smooth and so easy. I recommend Goddards as a vet 100%, your pet will be in the best hands!

Writing on behalf of my mother in law Jayne H and pet dog Darcy, attended vet for 30+ years in all my time there had to deal with many vets but the stable and the rock are Dawn and Alison that we’re always professional and extremely helpful they are accredits to Goddards. Due to moving from the area sadly we’ve had to leave the vets. Thank you for all your support throughout the years.

DANGEROUS VETS! BEWARE OF CRAZY RECEPTIONIST WITH WASHED BLEACH HAIR & AND WEIRD EYE DEFECT!!! Receptionist, Rude, judgemental & aggressive! They book appointments & reschedule them without your own knowledge! You find that out when you return and told “things change” & to ither wait for few hours or to change to a different day! I was also threatened by a lady with dry bleach blonde hair with funny eye,, that they wouldn’t be giving me my dog back which I have since find out is illegal weather you pay a bill or not! The receptionist seem to think she was a vet as she continue to follow me into my consultation & refused to leave when I asked numerous times! She continues to follow you then locked the door when I was trying to leave!!!! CRAZZYYYYYYYYY!!!!! They are not allowed to hold a dog etc she proceeded to not once but twice chase me into my car & proceeded to call me names & kick my vehicle which is now a police matter! & being investigated, They talk down and wind customers up then say your not welcome when you give them your opinion, (don’t think she liked what I had to say!!! Ooopppssss) which to be honest suits me fine as who really wants a crazy receptionist chasing around a car park like scary Mary! Literally had to lock my door! Iv heard storys and been going there for years but never witnessed it, but now that was the last straw for me. They also increased there consult fee from £35 to £50 which I found out on day in there and wasn’t aware, but again they don’t really care they just add things on and you find out at the end! Your always wrong or got in wrong as they say as there never wrong there always right!!

The most friendly,caring and understanding vets in our area , I couldn't have done without these guys , their practice is invaluable to me

Took my cat to surgery, they said my cat needed an enucleation (eye removal) they left my cat with a hole the size of a 2 pence piece in her face, avoid this place.I also found out that the surgery they performed inadequately and charged me in total approximately £1400 my new vet 24/7 would only of charged £300 and would of done a professional job too avoid the vet N.T
