Top bloke, excellent serviceMark listened to what we wanted and was open to discussion. He put a lot of thought into our ideas, gave sound advice as to what was feasible and most likely to be approved and came up with a plan. He has been very supportive over our contact with local planning, providing additional information/ drawings as they requested. We had applied for a 2 storey extension in an area where we would set a precedent if permission was granted, so it was with thanks to Marks continued support and persistence over a significant period of time, we had our proposed extension approved, exactly to the plans he advised and submitted.

We contacted M Cutts Civil Engineering Ltd to assist with gaining planning consent for a small extension. Mark responded promptly and came to discuss our requirements and measure up within a week. He produced plans as per our requirements and once we were happy, submitted them to the council, all of this took less than 4 weeks. Friendly, efficient and prompt service. Hopefully we will be hearing we have planning permission soon.
