I visited the lakes with some friends in early September and was looking for a gym to train in whilst spending some time away. I visited Westmorland CrossFit and was amazed with the standard of the facility and how friendly the staff at the box were. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for having us!!

I was visiting Kendal for the weekend and came to use the gym for a day. What a brilliant space! Clean, tidy, roomy and no shortage of any equipment. The manager and other people there were friendly. I had a brilliant time. If I'm in Kendal again I wouldn't look anywhere else to go for a workout.Plus there was a dog. I love a gym with a dog.

Popped down here for a couple of drop in sessions whilst my partner and I were holidaying here in the lakes. Wow it is such an awesome gym, all the equipment and space you could want and super clean too. The owners could not have been more friendly and accommodating and just all around a great box to visit. The only problem for me is that it is so far away from home!!

Meg, my dance teacher was doing classes here. Unfortunately due to circumstances she has had to put them on hold. Great place and dance studio. Lady on reception desk really friendly and always up for a chat

Was on holiday in Kendal so popped in for an early morning session. Was really impressed with the great set up and gear they had available. Definitely will go back when next in the area.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. one of the best gyms ever!! I don't do crossfit and that's fine since the gym facilities are so awesome. loads of bodybuilding, hiit, crossfit and whatever else gym equipment one could wish for! thanks for such an amazing experience and super cuddly door greeting doggy! I hope to be back soon!

Myself and my partner dropped in to this box on Friday and also did a class on Saturday. To say we were impressed was an understatement, not only by the awesome facilities but the warm welcome we received (from staff and members)If you are in the area I highly recommend this box to you. It has something for everyone. If we are in the area again we will 100% be returning.

Best gym in Kendal. These guys know they’re stuff and know what their customers want. I’ve always been in the gym and the quality of kit is outstanding and exactly what I’m after. Might be a bit daunting if you’re a newcomer but for an experienced gym goer it just ticks all the boxes. The CrossFit classes and the CrossFit gym are just brilliant. Top class.

Went in to pick up a barbell and ended up having a tour around the place. Great set up, great equipment and great staff. Couldn't ask for more.
