The Oak Barn, Frame Farm - Eco-Wedding Venue, Kent & East Sussex

The Oak Barn is an absolutely stunning venue and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. It provided the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding in May this year.Each of the barns and accommodations have been so beautifully and lovingly restored by Deana and Tim, and that care continues into the way they support couples through their weddings at the barn. Deana, Tim, Hayley and Chrystelle were helpful throughout the process, from the initial look round to the final bits of set up the morning before.Our wedding ran wonderfully, with Deana and our chosen caterer Home Gurr’own working together seamlessly. Many guests commented on how nice the flow between the different barns was through the day. The accommodation on site also a great help for those that might need a rest through the day.We are so delighted we chose The Oak Barn for our wedding - it was just perfect. The most beautiful venue with staff that really care!I jump for joy (no really!!) When I get to work at Oak Barn, the venue and views speak for themselves but to have staff as dedicated, friendly and hardworking as Oak barn does is a huge plus. Every wedding I have got to be a part of in the beautiful setting has been run to perfection with so many special touches added by the team. ♡

We got married at The Oak Barn in July 2023 with 100 guests, two years after we initially visited the farm and booked the venue.We were rather naive going into it as to how much work is involved in organising a wedding but Tim & Hayley (who alongside Tim & Deana, the owners, is their secret weapon!!!), who we mainly dealt with, were absolutely fantastic throughout the process. They have a superb selection of trusted suppliers and will also happily advise on matters which generally fall outside of their remit. They were patient when we needed time to sort things but also gave us a bit of a kick up the backside when we needed to get on with things! Deana, Tim’s partner, who we didn’t really deal with but met a few times also seemed lovely.The venue itself is also stunning with multiple areas (3 x very different barns and multiple outside areas) which you can use to keep things interesting for your guests rather than just being stuck in one area the whole day, which in my experience of attending other weddings can be a little bit dull.We could not of asked for a better day, in fact if I’m honest I didn’t personally expect to enjoy it as much as I did as I thought I’d be stressed out worrying about stuff going wrong, but knowing you have such a fantastic team behind you, it really was stress free and an absolutely amazing day.Thank you so much Tim, Deana, Hayley and the rest of the team. We're so happy we chose The Oak Barn as our wedding venue! We got married here in August 2023. We fell in love with the venue from the first viewing. The setting is stunning, and the barn is modern but still has a rustic feel, which was perfect for us! The cottages on site are also beautiful.The team at The Oak Barn are a wonderful bunch - incredibly helpful and make you feel at ease throughout the whole process. I want to give a special thanks to Chrystelle, who was amazing in the run up to the wedding and on the day. She made sure everything was running smoothly and really kept us calm! It was one of the most magical days of our lives and we couldn't have wished for a more perfect venue.

The Oak Barn Frame Farm was the wedding venue of our dreams and it highly lived up to all our expectations and gave us the most magical wedding day that we had always dreamed of. The venue itself is just beautiful, set on a farm in the countryside which matched our rustic theme perfectly. The views and the scenery around the venue were stunning and it made all our visions of our special day come to life. The venue is beautifully self contained which also means you have the venue all to yourself which was a massive perk for us. As soon as we saw the Oak Barn we fell in love and knew instantly it was the wedding venue for us.We booked the venue and all the cottages for the whole weekend Friday-Sunday. This was the best decision we had made and can’t recommend doing this enough. It meant all our closest friends and family could stay and we had a whole weekend of wedding celebrations. We was able to arrive early Friday afternoon and we started setting up for our big day. This also meant suppliers could also come and start setting up anything they needed to. The staff were amazing and just let us do our thing allowing us to treat the place like home but were always there happy to help if necessary. We had a small party on the Friday night on the terrace with all our cottage guests and we also all had breakfast together on Sunday morning to stretch out the wedding celebrations and ending on a high. By staying at the cottages also meant we could all start getting ready early for the big day and made the morning feel so relaxed. We truly had the best weekend celebrating our wedding.The staff at the venue couldn’t do enough for you. From booking to the day of the wedding they were always so happy to help and answer any of our questions. They were all so attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding that we wanted. Deana and Tim; the owners of the venue were so friendly and kind and always checking on us to make sure everything was all ok.Hayley and Chris the day and night managers were just amazing and we can’t be more grateful for all their help. They both did so much for us. Hayley helped us organise everything from day one to coordinating the wedding day itself. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always available to help us whenever we needed her. Chris was so kind and helpful and even helped us tidy up on the Friday night party we had and even offered our friends a lift home on the wedding night. The staff just went above and beyond, even on the wedding day when i had miss placed my shoes and bouquet the staff had kindly put in my room at the cottages for me.We had the wedding of our dreams because of this venue and we couldn’t be more grateful to all staff at the Oak Barn, thank you all so much.

We were lucky enough to get married at The Oak Barn and can’t thank the team enough for letting us celebrate in this beautiful barn! We fell in love with the venue when we first visited and so did all our guests at the wedding! The Barn is so beautiful and rustic which is exactly what we wished for, and the Byre was the perfect setting for our ceremony. The grounds are amazing and so lovely to wonder around with plenty of photo opportunities (even in the rain!) It was also a massive help having the cottages on site for our guests to stay in - they are so stylishly finished. A massive thank you to Hayley who was incredibly helpful throughout, and made everything run so seamlessly on the day! We couldn’t have managed the day without you! We had the most perfect day we could have wished for and will always have the best memories of our wedding day. Thank you again for everything xx

We got married at the beautiful Oak Barn in April and had the most incredible wedding weekend all to the thanks of the fabulous team that make this venue so special.The venue itself is stunning, well thought out, clean, spacious and flexible meaning you can truly put your own touch on the venue which was really important to us.The accommodation was perfect for us and our guests. They are well equipped, immaculately presented and it was amazing to have our closest family and friend there for the weekend to celebrate.From the very beginning the planning process was relatively stress free as The Oak Barn team provide a list of trusted suppliers which we used for some and they were very flexible with new suppliers we wanted to bring in too such as our celebrant and a live wedding painter. In the lead up to the wedding we had a final meeting and felt truly relaxed knowing we were in capable hands.Finally a huge shoutout to Hayley, who ran the show on the day and in the lead up - she is a massive credit to the venue, amazing at her job and just truly a pleasure to work with - thank you for everything.I could go on and on as we really did have the best weekend. We had our wedding at the beautiful Oak Barn in July this year. From start to finish Deana & Tim were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding is such a daunting task, but they were incredible in answering any questions I had and kept us informed throughout the process.The Oak Barn itself is a magical place. I am so pleased that we chose this venue for our wedding day. Everything was perfect, even on one of the hottest days of the year. The barn is absolute perfection and it shows in the love and care that they give the barn. It was the most perfect day and we couldn't thank them enough for making the day so special.

This is a relatively new wedding venue, which means the loos are clean (important!), the staff are enthusiastic and the photos will be unique! We photographed a wedding there and it was like being a part of the family there, Deana was so sweet to us and she remembers all her couples too. We also managed to shoot the longest confetti line ever, which is going down in Frame Farm history! As for the wedding ceremony, you can have it outside with a view of the sheep fields and pond, or in the small room next to the patio, which has gorgeous light, so we love it in there! Frame Farm is also in contact with the best wedding suppliers in the area so if you hit them up for recommendations you'll have a smashing wedding.

A stunningly stylish venueAs a wedding photographer I work at a lot of Kent barn venues. Oak Barn Frame Farm has to be up there with one of the best.The client experiences that I’ve photographed have been nothing less than amazing.Some absolutely gorgeous photo opportunities including the sunset through the valley behind it. Just perfect and a must see.
