Arrow Camper Conversions

I had i high hopes to get my van converted by arrow campers but like many on here I was just pushed to the side. Excuse after excuse.Waited 3 months.My poor van was just left outside.Customer service is awful don’t waste your time.They even took my split charge relay I would call that theft.Very very disappointing.So please be aware you will be messed around.Don’t waste your time with this company.

Do not use this bodger!!!STAY AWAY! Had to pay somewhere else to put right all the bad workmanship

*BEWARE - DO NOT GO NEAR ARROW CAMPERS - ABUSIVE AGGRESSIVE COWBOYS *On the morning I was due to collect my van ( 4 weeks overdue) I recieved a phone call off Arrow campers, during the call it became obvious that my van was not ready (again). When I complained to the secretary Mike came on the phone and was very aggressive towards me. It was so bad that I was too scared (single female) to go to collect my van on my own so I asked a male friend to accompany me.When I went to Arrow campers later that day to retrieve my van, Mike continued to be very aggressive, abusive and threatening. At one point I really believed he was going to hit me - he came right into my face pointing his finger and shouting.Only half the work on my van was completed. Mike kept alot of the materials I had purchased including the table for the van.I believe I was over charged but paid the money ( he wouldn't hand over the van keys) just to get my van from there in on piece.The whole experience left me very frightened and upset. Mike (owner - pictured in previous negative review) should be ashamed of his appalling aggressive behaviour towards a customer.

‼️DONT USE THIS COMPANY‼️❌❌This is an Absolutely terrible company!!Picked up my van and half the job was done!!They carpeted half the van horrendously and glue was everywhere on the carpet!!Lights where hanging of the roof of the van!!Cuttings of the materials where absolutely terrible!!! ❌❌The owner in the video below was very aggressive, and disrespectful,( throwing glass cups at us) all because we we where very disappointed about the overall ‼️‼️‼️He also stole all of our materials, which we had bought ourselves and our original Ford lights!!He was refusing to give my van keys back even through I was willing to pay❌ POLICE then attend due to theft and violence caused by this man❌❌‼️I WOULD DIFFINATLY NOT RECOMMEND‼️❌BE AWAER OF THIS HOSTILE MAN❌

First-class service from Mike. Gave us loads of useful advice for our conversion as well as wiring up the van for lights, sockets and hookup. Installed roof vent. Perfect job. He even offered for us to call him at anytime in future for advice or support, or swing by if we want anything checked on the van. Top guy.*Negative reviews look to me like impatient folk who didn't seem to grasp that a relatively small business producing high quality work is going to be in high demand.

Booked our van in to have a solar panel fitted, we specifically requested that we did not want a flexible solar panel, which was verbally agreed, on collection told that we had a solid slimline solar panel fitted after returning home, and checking, it appears that we have a flexible one fitted and this was confirmed by Arrow Camper Conversions, to say we're gutted is an understatement as the adhesive looks awful and messy and silicone around the wires

Have always had a positive experience with Arrow, but after taking my motorhome for repairs this October, business was dissolved, difficult to get hold of them, not answering phone. Went I went to the unit this week, no business and the motorhome has now gone, stolen by this company. Police are involved but sadly I have been conned by a company I trusted.

If you have the funds to use another company, avoid this one. The consultation was great and full of hope, went through a range of options, colours and deadline to work with work leave etc...The communication after paying a deposit and booking it in was a shambles. Constantly had to chase on progress as my van wasn't being worked on when promised. When I had no answer when phoning, I went there to find that the design we had agreed was going to be completely different. I stressed again specifically what I required (something that was done in the original consultation).After phoning for a progress update, I was told the worktop option was discontinued but this had been ongoing for over a week without my knowledge.I went there one evening after closing to check my vehicle to find it completely unlocked outside.After having the van, some of the options I had asked and paid for were not fitted so I was refunded, the floor carpet had been cut incorrectly near the wheel arch and hidden, the edges of the floor were not edged or finished with carpet trim to which I was told I would have to buy and fit that myself. The biggest and still ongoing issue has been the electrics where the leisure battery keeps blowing a fuse and not maintaining charge. After the third time of taking my van back for it to be rectified I refuse to go there again and deal with the blunt excuses.I delayed posting a review until speaking to another three people who have also had negative experiences with this company.The only positive I could come away with is that they were fairly reasonable on price. The stress and issues that I faced does not mean that I would ever use them again based on price alone though.
