We have been buying and selling houses as occupiers and landlords for more than 40 years; we have a rather jaundiced view of most estate agents and particularly those who gild the lily, massage the truth or blur the lines!So how refreshing to meet Ben from Brown & Co who, although working for the developer/seller of a new build property, impressed with his straightforward, professional and businesslike approach.Ben kept us up to date, chivvied solicitors etc and liaised with the developer to make this a genuinely smooth and almost stress free experience.We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Extremely disappointing. Brown and Co are 1 of 4 estate agents I am receiving information from in KL and when I booked an appointment to view we talked about an email confirmation and I was told to check my spam box. I forgot partly due to other agents confirmation emails getting through without problems. Their reminder message arrived 40 minutes before the appointment time leaving insufficient time for me to get there. All other agents messaging reminders several hours before the appointment time.In a subsequent telephone call I offered my apologies, neither of the Brown staff apologised for what I consider to be the failure of their system.When I finally checked to see if their email reminder had arrived it was in my spam box with a highlighted Google message saying:BEWARE THIS EMAIL .. CLICKING LINKS DOWNLOADING ATTACHMENTS .. ?

A big thank you to the team at Brown & Co who expedited the sale of our property in a professional and friendly manner.The team helped us achieve our asking price and with their expertise and knowledge we were kept informed of progress in the chain throughout the sales process.We would recommend Brown & Co and would use their services again. Dishonest and delay sale to get the best deal for themselvs not for the land's owner. The farm's owner should put the overage clause on all of the lots you are saling.Brown&Co. and Cheffins have for sale 1.4 million for 127.98 acres of farm land and many buildings, Hill Farm in Wentworth Cambridgeshire, with good road and great potentials.When contacted them, both refuse to take new offer says they already get strong offer for all lots. Funny enough now 3 months gone but the farm is still for sale. Again when contacted, they are not excepting new offer even I am more than happy to pay more. These lots are good for the developers with no overage clause and the price tags of around 10k per acre this should take no time to be sold.
