Extremely disappointed. I had to cancel an appointment during covid as my work had to get closed down due a colleague getting covid and I did not want to spread it. I explained this to the practice only to be told I would need to pay £40, which I refused. I was prepared to pay the cost of the checkup, which they were not prepared to accept. Roll on 2 years later and I get a text to offer an appointment. I called up and explained the situation and the receptionist who said this woild most probably be wiped as a one off under the circumstances. I go in today for my appointment only to be told that the dentist has refused to see me until I pay the £40 i was told should be wiped. Absolute shambles of a practice. I feel sorry for the lovely receptionists who have to deal with the greed of the managers in this practice. Would not recommend.

So angry! I was refused NHS treatment by Mr Elgoland Taha.After the initial checkup in October I was sent home with 2 options, one private and one NHS treatment. I booked an appointment specifying I can’t afford to pay £650 private treatment for a root canal and a filling.Today I came to my appointment expecting to receive NHS treatment and dr Taha refused to do it saying he needs time to do the filling properly and NHS don’t pay enough . He doesn’t do root canal through NHS.The receptionist and nurse were lovely and very helpful. They tried to help me, they even told him he is not allowed to refuse me treatment.I am perplexed after paying so many taxes each month , now we are not entitled to NHS. I will continue with official complaints.

As a very nervous patient I was obviously very apprehensive when my dentist told me I needed to have some teeth taken out and a plate fitted. She was so good with me and massively helped to put me at ease. I had 7 extractions and a plate on my top and bottom fitted. This procedure has completely changed my life. I have so much more confidence and I how smile instead of always having my mouth closed. I am eternally grateful to my fabulous dentist. She really has changed my life.

I had my tooth extracted here today by the private dentist and the experience was the best I’ve had at a dentist. I wish I had taken a note of the dentist’s name, but he was fantastic. Very reassuring as the extraction began and the process was so quick and painless, and the aftercare was explained to me as well afterwards. I can’t say a bad word, just great work all round!

Worst Dentist place. Went for a check up for my teeth. The dentist was so rude. Kept talking in their own language and laughing. Which is very unprofessional.Also they booked an appointment where I got no notification and charged me. Kept chasing this for months no one got back to me or phoned me back as promised. Until today to be told its not an error as reminder was sent. Which clearly wasn't the case. They book appointment without you knowing and then overcharged claiming its a missed appointment.I don't recommend this place. Not friendly and and bad vibe. I will be going else where.This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

I’m typically the most nervous patient and I was a complete dentist-avoider before I met Sowmya at this dental practice. Was in a few weeks ago and excellent service as always, relaxes you and doesn’t make you feel daft for having anxiety. Full team are great including the hygienists and reception team. Janet and the girls on the reception desk are always lovely and super accommodating. Feel really lucky to have finally found a good dental practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

My appointment started on time, it was one hour visit, it was handled professionally and in relaxing atmosphere, my dentist know me well and this dental practice is highly recommended by me

Great experience today, called in the morning in pain, the lady on the phone was very helpful and was able to provide me with an emergency appointment on the day. On arriving to the dentist the two ladies behind reception couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The dentist I seen was lovely and explained everything that was done and was able to help me. Registering with this practice after my experience today and will be recommending to others.

Avoid at all costs. The receptionist is rude, hung the phone up when I queried why I was not getting NHS treatment and having to pay privately without any prior notice. Consistently not getting change, when paying cash for treatments, as they had no till and had no change in their envelope so would need to get it next time you are in". Admin staff are downright rude. I wont be back"
