Very good service provided by Ben and Cal. Both members of the company were very professional, clean and also very pleasant. Ben was very responsive and kept me updated what is happening and was also willing to work around me as I had a busy schedule on the day I had them booked.They had removed a old bath, it's parts and materials.Old bricks and debris from a broken outhouseAnd removed some weed plants.Cal left my yard very tidy and sweeped up after he was done. Very pleasant to just have a conversation with aswell.I would highly recommend them.

Potteries Recycling Ltd contacted me after seeing my request for a bulky household uplift.I was extremely happy with the way it was handled:-Communication was all done by text in a very timely manner. A price was agreed and the collection was all done on the same day. The guys who came were very courteous & the job was done quickly.No upfront payment, an invoice was sent to my email after a polite message asking if all went well.Well recommended and will keep details for future reference.

I used Potteries Recycling for a house clearance in Stoke-on-Trent having seen their excellent, and informative, social media posts. I had a challenging job for them; a full house clearance, inside and out, after a tenant left a property in a terrible state. Potteries Recycling rose to the challenge and got the property cleared in an extremely timely manner, for a competitive price. Will use again! Thanks guys!

I contacted potteries recycling last week after being let down twice by another company. You quickly know whether a company is going to be any good or not, and I was immediately impressed by the speed and accuracy my enquiry was dealt with, although I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name I spoke with. All rubbish cleared, they swept up, checked I was happy and it was a great job done. I would definitely use again. Thanks.
