Twice now I've tried to place online orders which have been cancelled with no explanation or communication. It's probably because they don't have my size in stock (it's an unusual one), but if that's the reason, why list that you have it? And why not take 30 seconds for a few words of explanation when you have to cancel? 2* rather than 1* because at least they refund promptly.

I had been looking for a turtle helmet with a mk v liner for ever but it was very hard to find in the US. With my luck, my parents went on vacation to the UK around Newcastle. Found this little store online and saw it was reasonably close by and asked if they could drop in and check it out. Had exactly what I needed which was very exciting! My mom sent me pictures of the inside of the store and it looks like a museum except you can take the exhibits home with you. Can’t wait to visit myself one day.
