Headingley Enterprise & Arts Centre
The space for events is nice, but the food is way overpriced as suggested by other posters. For some strange reason during music nights that usually start at 7pm, the café closes at 9pm sharp, which makes no business sense and means anyone wanting anything to eat either have to bring their own food or walk into Headingly!The number of entertainment events are dramatically reduced from years ago while other local venues seem busier than ever. I'm told the centre is now 100% volunteers which may account for the slippage in service and value for money.

HEART is a great place to spend time with family and friends. The cafe serves fantastic homemade food and their cakes are always fresh and interesting. Make sure to go to HEART on a Tuesday night for live music and a pint in the cafe.

Nice ambience. We were sitting under the shelter in the shade from a very hot sunVery expensive in Cafe. £2.50 for a can of coke!!A small piece of cake cost over £3!Took a star off for that.

Modern community centre fitted into a beautiful building with original features.Busy coffee shop with lunch offerings and snacks on site.Used as conference centre & gig venue with hotdesking / co-working space.Friendly welcoming space with level access and a Changing Spaces facility.Reception staffed by local volunteers.

Headingley Enterprise & Arts Centre
This trustee-led community centre should be a great local resource but seems to be losing its way slightly at the moment. Management issues have reduced its effectiveness and volunteers report inadequate supervision and training. The standard of service offered to groups renting rooms is poor, despite a post-Covid increase in charges. A recent attempt to prevent able-bodied visitors from using the car park caused irritation and was in breach of the planning permission for the building. Those running the centre need to look carefully at what they are doing at the moment.

A really lovely little place with a real community feel, there's a lovely fairly priced cafe, and all sorts on sale from community artists and creatives including jewellery and plants, art and cards plus a library. We went to see a musical duo called good habits who were amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming xxx

What a beautiful location, indoor and outdoor, for all sorts of community based events and clubs.Moreover, I broke down here and could not have asked for more attentive care and support from the manager. Having noted my details she allowed me to leave car safe over night, then brought me Teas while I waited the next day!Plants of all varieties for sale and a café runs until 12.45pm. Well with checking out the activities and using to book space for your own events.

Great staff and lovely venue. Parking can be a challenge, but it is easily accessible. AV equipment was a challenge.

We booked Headingley heart for our wedding reception on the 6th of October 2017 and we couldn't be happier with the service and catering which we received.The pricing was very reasonable and the space itself was set out to our instructions. The food which they provided was of the highest quality and all the guests loved it. I would highly recommend Heart for a wedding or any other occasion!
