The Sir Thomas Hotel

A very lovely hotel, very trendy bar and restaurant too. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, the reception desk is manned 24hrs. The room was quite spacious but unfortunately there were no curtains so we were awake with the larks and because we were at the front of the hotel the traffic noise was pretty loud but I'd expect that because of where the hotel is situated. We'd definitely stay here again but next time we'd like a room with curtains lol.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times so far. We have always enjoyed it. Rooms were lovely and beautifully decorated. This time however was awful, ripped wallpaper, no curtains and blinds that were glued together. Very sad and very disappointing.

Popped in for coffee, immediately welcomed by lovely staff who also sorted some tasty pastries for us too. So nice we returned later for cocktails. Beautiful decor inside the bar, interesting building. Sounds like they're undergoing some refurb in hotel so would be interested in staying over if service and decor matches bar/restaurant - super find on a day out thank you

On arrival charged more than quoted, receptionist unhelpful and told us to go somewhere else. TV broken, toilet did not work, radiator broken. On arrival told we needed to pay £50 just in case we broke somthing and would not get back until 10 days later. Got over charged for breakfast. Dirty dishes. One room our friends stayed on stank of gas and they had to leave. Great location but absolutely WOULD NOT recomend.

Fantastic service ... The people here are so nice ... Prices are low ... No fancy sh!t and location is perfect ... 3 minuts ti Lime Street station and one minut to Liverpool ONE ...

We were at the St. Thomas for 2 wonderful nights, the room was great, the desk staff and bar staff were so accomodating with our travellers requests and made us feel so at home, a hotel with such positive character and located so close to a whole lot of Liverpool.... we thank you for the Anniversary greetings too !

What a beautiful hotel. We stopped in for cocktails as a treat, even the glasses are pretty. Staff were very relaxed and helpful.

Bottomless brunch £35. We were a party of 8 celebrating a big birthday. We followed on from a really large party who judging by the drinks on the table had really got their moneys worth. We on the otherhand got served our food and were still waiting for our first drink after 45 mins in. The cocktails were 50:50, felt their was little alcohol content and too much mixer so finally switched to fizz, as you know what you're getting. The food was okay but not restaurant standard. The staff were great, I felt understaffed and overworked but they were polite, helpful and pleasant. This is my first bottomless brunch, I'm a little disappointed. I think to make this work, lose the cocktail list, it's time consuming unless you have a fully manned bar. And instead offer one or two cocktails and free flow, wine, fizz, beer. Bottomless equalled Bottomless glasses as we were looking at empty ones, not replenished soon enough. Better luck next time

Only stayed one night.. room was clean and warm. Drainage smelt from bathroom so reported to reception. Didnt really use facilities so unable to comment. Bar area looked good...

We call in on the 4.10.23 in the afternoon to look at there meau & to see if we could a table for that evening when a waiter call Andrew told we can just come in he saw us the meau & told me the steak & Ale pie was good he was very help but said he wasn't work that night so he introduce to to other Ewen & ElliottWho working that night there service was brilliant they made sure we were taken care of the bill was fair we give them a £10 tips because the took good care of us plus the food was good I would go there again & we would recommend them to anyone who we know to go there for food if I go to Liverpool again I would love to stay there Ms Sharon Ritson & Mr David Tomen
