Great facility. Lots of seating to watch kids swimming lessons. Friendly staff loads of parking. Spa on site. Coffee shop. Lucky to have it in Taunton

First time using the spa and it’s ok for the price. We paid £17 for 2 hours which was plenty of time as it’s pretty limited. There’s a small jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna. Only 3 other people in there so enough room to do as we wanted. Nice afternoon doing something different.

Plenty on offer here at Blackbrook Leisure centre for everyone to enjoy - took my son to the Tennis centre which is superbly modern even though this building is probably circa 25 years old!..Everyone is friendly and nothing is a problem, so feel free to ask and enjoy all the facilities on offer..

Only used the coffee shop while waiting for my partner to finish her session. One nasty prawn mayo sandwich with next to no mayo on flaby sticky overly damp wholemeal with a cup of tea was £7.30. Daylight robbery. Reasonably clean but tables left uncleared. Unappealing decor. Comfortable chairs was the only redeeming feature. Won't be using this coffee shop again!!

The pool itself is good but it's so cold and so are the changing rooms unfortunately. The disabilities shower is broken and has been so awhile now.Half the key bands for the lockers have seen better days and really need to be replaced.Staff are nice and there is plenty of food and drink options in either the onside cafe or vending machines.Plenty of seating in the pool area.The gym is good with decent equipment.It can get very busy so booking is essential.The spa is OK,I would say they are short staffed as afew times I've been I haven't been able to find anyone for assistance.

Terribly run centre. No one ever answers the phone when you try and contact them. The junior gym is a great idea but I have been with my lad many, many times and there has not once been a staff member supervising the juniors in the gym. Very poor health and safety and very dangerous from a safeguarding point of view. It is extremely difficult to book as it is always fully booked and they say this is to allow youths to be safely managed yet there are never any staff in the gym supervising anyway so it's a pointless rule.
