I cut through a phone line in my house while decorating. Called Dean this afternoon and he was out the same day, fixed the problem and disconnected a couple of phone points I don't need anymore. Fast and friendly!

We needed our BT master socket to be re-routed from its existing “below desk” position which was extremely inaccessible to a more accessible “above desk” position. The new cable had to be re-routed from the front of the house and along the outside of house and through the side wall. Dean did a brilliant job in every way. I can thoroughly recommend his service. Very professional and knowledgeable, and good value.

Excellent service each time used. First used at previous property to alter location of landline port. Just recently upgraded to 500mb fibre but BT/Sky would not move fibre cable to where needed in the house. Dean came and with no fuss extended the ethernet port to the other side of the house, no mess and cable neatly hidden away. Even knocked on the neighbours house before work began to ask for access to their garden as this was needed to complete the work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I got a quote for an external data cable fitting within 24 hours of enquiry. I agreed to have the job done but then didn't get a reply for a week. Eventually I was informed they are fully booked until the end of the week. I agreed to have the job done but once again ignored and no reply.*EDIT:*It appears there has been a misinterpretation through communication via email therefore I would like to retract the above review.Changed to 4 stars for the quick response.
