Horrendous.I have had 2 pairs of motorbike earbud at nearly 200 a pair. I was always very careful with them. Just after warranty runs out the wires come out of the volume controller. Send them back and they say nothing we can do the try changing me to get them posted back.

A long established company with great products and excellent service.They have been supplying me with custom earpieces for my many clients since 2003.Highly recommended and they have all become good friends.

Love Puretone! We have been using Puretone and their audiology equipment and other products for last few years- it has been the most pleasant relationship. Great people to work with and fabulous products. Their sales team always offers genuine advice and very helpful when things don't go to the plan (and as any business will know- they dont always go to the plan). For example, during a recent ultra-high-frequency calibration of Cello audiometer, our very expensive headset did not seem to work. This required more time to be investigated. They did not only gave us teh lovely little Piccolo for the time it was being sorted but also sorted teh headset. This is the kind of customer care that a business needs. We are more than happy to recommend puretone to anyone.

I bought set of Cens proflex+digital 2 back in 2017, they have been great, after 3 years one was slightly intermittent in turning on. I sent them back to puretone for repair, despite the initial cost of the plugs the repair was miniscule in comparison. They came back and I didn't get to use the plugs for another 2 weeks, to my dismay the faulty one didn't work. I called pure tone up and they asked for them to be sent in to investigate. I did as asked and they repaired within a day and sent them back to me the very next day. Super impressed.

I can not speak highly enough about this local hearing aid company. I took my 100 year old mother there for new hearing aids. Everyone was so kind, patient and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I must say a particular “Thank You “ to Baz who is the boss and was so kind and patient with my mum.Thank you againJean

I wanted to specifically review the Earigator product. I’m using this ear irrigator for wax removal on a daily basis at the moment. It’s the convenience of the product that really makes the difference. It’s self heating to the correct temperatures and does that within 5 minutes if completely cold, and less if it’s been on before. Well designed to hold the handset at the ready and the trigger ensures a safe but flexible pressure of the water stream. It’s so easy to see into the ear with the built in lit magnifier as part of the handset mechanism. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is cost. As a new start up planning my clinical equipment kit is hard to justify this investment but it’s on my wish list for year two and I will miss it when I’m no longer using it daily.

Purchased some CENS ProFlex Digital absolutely love them, so much better than my previous overear, very happy with my purchase and I will be recommending you.
