Bubbly Tails

After a couple of really traumatic grooming sessions elsewhere we took our Ronnie to see Sib. After a bit of bonding we left them to their own devices. A bit later I returned to pick him up and was blown away by what Sib had been able to achieve with him. A beautifully groomed happy boy with a gorgeous summer haircut. We'll be back in 6 weeks for more pampering. Thank you!!

There is a reason why Bubbly Tails has a 5 star rating on Google - they’re absolutely amazing. I’ve been using Sib since my dog was a puppy and she’s absolutely brilliant - super knowledgeable, kind and patient. Today we used the emmi pet service for the first time and were absolutely blown away with the results. Theo had a lot of bad plaque build up that we were struggling to shift despite using supplements, chews and our own brushing as he isn’t a fan of having his teeth brushed. After his emmi pet session all of this was gone - we’re absolutely amazed.I’d never hesitate to recommend Sib - 5 stars every time :)

Siboney at Bubbly tails gave my little German Spitz a beautifully thorough wash and groomed him to perfection! He had quite a lot of matting on his back legs due to me not having the correct brush, and sib got it all out so he's much comfier and happier now.She was also very knowledgable about dog breeds and about the required brushes and tools needed for a particular breed. She cleaned his teeth, trimmed his feathers on his legs so well, he looks so smart!! I'm so happy with the job she's done, i'll definitely be going back and I would 100% recommend her to anyone, she's knowledgable and very kind and gentle!10 out of 10!!

Perfect dog groomer, our puppy was so relaxed, love the way Siboney trimmed his hair, just perfect. Can't recommend her enough, won't go to other groomers for sure.

Siboney is fantastic and great value for money - only had two puppy grooms so far but they have been excellent. I swear she is a dog whisperer, our pup is super calm and happy around her. He always comes out looking great and smelling ahhh-mazing. Literally can't stop burying my face in his clean fluffed up fur. She is really knowledgeable and offers good advice, plus I love that she sends photos and videos of the process!

The team are excellent at what they do. Our jackapoo Derry doesn’t like being poked and prodded very much but they are very professional and get the job done ensuring that Derry is comfortable. They follow our requests perfectly and Derry always comes out looking amazing. Sib and her team always talk through what they plan to do and even recommend things to do between visits to keep your dog looking their best. Would certainly recommend!

We had just relocated to London from Malaysia and our furbaby Ollie is still adjusting to the new environment. He was good with groomers back in Malaysia but after moving here he became a little bit reactive and defensive towards people, including the vet. After reading good reviews about Sib we decided to trust our gut and send him to her. And as expected, it went really really well! We decided to go really short to avoid another matting issue and Sib did a really great job! She is truly a dog whisperer and we will definitely go to her again for our next grooming session.

Easy communication and a massive help! Our dog was cared for by someone else while we were away for 3 weeks and when we returned, she was covered in knots and matted. I reached out the team at BT right away and even though it was the week of Christmas, they were able to fit us in! Most importantly, they were able to save a lot of our dogs coat (where others would’ve just shaved and not cared). Thank you!!!
