Ben and his team repaired my roof after the storm in February and also re-pointed my chimneys and replaced the lead flashing. I had used Ben in the past and called him because he was always reliable and did a good job.Once again he did a great job and I would recommend him and his team if you are looking for someone who does good work and actually cares about the work they are doing.

Ben and his team have done an excellent job repairing, insulating, painting and tiling the front of our house. We have had an ongoing problem of water leaking in the front bedroom and Ben was able to identify and repair the problem that other companies had been unable to. He is very friendly and helpful and fully explained the work as it progressed. He also showed customer friendly flexibilty in response to inevitable weather challenges. Ben clearly takes pride in his work and does a very competent and thorough job. I will definitely use him again.

We used BSL for various damp-related issues. Ben and his guys were hard-working, efficient, and very diligent. He was always very professional in his approach, and when he told me that some extra work needed doing, I knew that he was being honest as the same work had been recommended in a report he had not seen previously. The work was a bit more complex than he first realised, but ensured that the work was finished properly & was not rushed. Would definitely recommend, and would use him again

If you want a reliable, trustworthy builder that answers calls, replies to messages, doesn't overcharge and communicates well look no further...Ben and his team were amazing, they came and replaced a flat roof that was pooling and had other issues alongside fixing other roof related issues... I can honestly say the work he and his team carried out was of the highest standard.
