Cocos Playbarn

Absolutely great day out!

Take your coat.We took our 3 year old granddaughter to Coco's playbarn for a change of venue.We found the place very cold (we both said it was warmer outside). Even the granddaughter complained after a short while.As they charge £2 for adults at least they could make sure it was comfortable for everyone. (this is requirement from the code of practice)We normally get drinks and food as a part of the experience but this time we had to get hot drinks to warm us up.The outing should be an enjoyable experience but on this occasion it was for the wrong reasons.We won't be returning anytime soon.

Absolutely wonderful party again from Coco’s.This is now the third party we have have had at the soft-play and once it again it was brilliant and ran smoothly. Not only was the party great value but the girls were so helpful as always,nothing was too much trouble on the day and prior to the party.The girls answered questions before the event promptly and even helped to prepare the party bags on the day.We received complimentary hot drinks as the host parents and we also received a free play to visit again.The girls provided entertainment in terms of games and a disco, interacting fully with all the children.Highly recommended venue and a lovely clean soft-play.Massive thanks to Laura and the team.

I booked Cocos for my daughters 5th birthday at the end of April. I cannot recommend it highly enough! The value for money, cleanliness, food was all amazing. The kids all loved it and my daughter said she had the best birthday ever! You know it’s good when half the kids had to go back the following day because they had such a good time. Not to mention the staff who are wonderful with the kids and so kind and helpful. We will be back again soon!

My son had his 2nd birthday party there yesterday and he loved it! Such a great venue, we loved how it was private hire! The bubble disco at the end was great, the kids seemed to love that! The staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend.

The worst kids play I have been too and I’ve been everywhere !Please save your money !It’s tiny and boring and my kids were bored after 5 minutes.Also if you go wear a thermal coat gloves hat and scarf as it’s colder inside than out. They don’t even heat the place !They charge you to freeze and for the kids to do nothing.Absolute rubbish !!!

My grandson had a great time at Coco's this afternoon. Our lunch was good, with a good selection in the children's lunchbox. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the level of cleanliness.
