Coach Kaz

Kaz has a great way of making you feel relaxed really quickly and he was able to set clear goals for me whilst allowing me the space to share anything I was feeling or going through. He listened to my challenges and even when I went off on a tangent, I never felt like that was wrong. He acknowledged my views but helped bring me back to the real issue by asking me questions that empowered me and give me the tools to set achievable targets. I highly recommend Kaz to anyone who is considering coaching and he would help give you the tools to overcome any challenge.
