My name is Sindy Matthews and I'm a Fitness and Wellness Coach in Banbury and I have been meeting with Maggie Newton for almost two years now. I started my Fitness and Wellbeing business and felt extremely overwhelmed buy it all. Since receiving coaching with Maggie I have leant so much about myself and and have more awareness of when I'm trying to work on too many projects etc... My business has soared from having coaching with Maggie. I truly believe that if we had not have worked together i would still be an emotional wreck and my business would not be the success that it is today. I have had to make some really big decisions, but since making them, life couldn't be better and I'm so much happier. Maggie has a lovely nature, you will feel at ease with her. She is just adorable and talented in her field as a coach.
