Cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He travelled all the way out to me (near Stonehenge) and serviced my multi needle embroidery machine. She now works better than when I first bought her (brand new I might add) He also serviced 2 of my mother's sewing machines whilst he was here. Amazing customer service. Amazing service and very thorough. Worth every penny for such great service
