Shout out to Will at the Maltings branch who was super helpful today. We were looking for a 65l rucksack for my sons DofE. Will went above and beyond to help us. We weren't expecting to make a purchase today, but Will gave us a deal that was too good to miss!

Brilliant friendly staff , visited today and made purchases based on quality of goods and fair price, bought the Mrs a super water proof jacket that repels up to 10 litres a minute for a fraction of the price that the competition round the corner previously reviewed .

I was so shocked to encounter such a rude shop assistant; an obnoxious and unhelpful young man at the till.I have years of shopping experience and I have never come across anything like this. I will definitely not shop there again ever. Very poor indeed.

We visited this store in St Albans yesterday. The store was very well stocked and displayed and the service from both staff members M and Griff was warm, exceptionally helpful and knowledegable. It was a pleasurable experience for all of us, but especially so, due to these impressive staff members, for visiting relatives from Australia! Thank you so much! Well done!
