Protocol have been a great agency to work for. As my consultant, Jacob has been very accommodating to my preferences and found me placements quickly. He ensures I am fully supported and happy within my placements. The whole Protocol team are friendly and happy to support you throughout your time with them.

I have been working with Protocol for several months now.My agent (Joshua Furby - Nottingham city centre branch) is easy to talk to, a relationship builder and a problem solver.On the odd occasion I have needed to speak to him, he is easy to contact by phone and if he isn't available immediately, he will get back to me within a reasonable time frame. He also proactively (but not excessively) checks in from time to time to see how things are going.One if the things I like most about Josh is that he, in the nicest possible way, comes across as candid and open - this is very reassuring for me when dealing with an industry that can be subject to mixed reviews.Thank you, Josh. :-)

Great company to work for very understanding and really helpful when it comes to finding work for me. I have had such a positive experience working with Protocol! My consultant, Lauren, has been nothing but supportive and has worked hard at securing me jobs as well as a possible permanent placement. Within the first few days of me joining the agency she had interviews lined up and coached me through all of them. I couldn’t have asked for a more determined consultant, she always goes above and beyond, even when I felt like I was asking the most ridiculous questions, she is always patient, kind and very amicable.
