Ruth was very flexible in both schooling our young pony and teaching the children in the indoor school.

Having used Ruth for a number of years, I can highly recommend her services. Initially we used her clipping expertise and still do. Ruth clips to a very high standard. Ruth has also exercised and schooled including flat, jumping and xcountry, working quietly at the horse's pace. Ruth is always willing to offer guidance as well as encouragement. Ruth has also shown my Connemara and ridden him at his first cross country event.

This summer, Ruth helped us handle our two newly-arrived, semi-feral Dartmoor ponies. She was experienced, knowledgeable and brilliantly supportive throughout. Her friendly and approachable manner ensured both ponies and people learnt a lot and became more confident.We've just welcomed home one of these new Dartmoor ponies who has been at Ruth's yard recently for backing. We're delighted with what Ruth has achieved and my ten-year-old daughter is looking forward to lots of riding lessons with Ruth on her new pony, Ruby.

Ruth looked after our youngster gelding Pickle for breaking in and she was absolutely excellent. He stayed at RT equestrian for 6 weeks and our pony returned fit, content with manners and confidence. Her yard stables and fields are magnificently well looked after. Her approach for training in the outdoors suited our Dartmoor perfectly. We will continue his education with further coaching sessions with Ruth as Pickle trusts her 100%. Ruth is a lightweight jockey who can back smaller ponies which was the perfect fit for us. If you follow Ruth on social media you will see how successful she turns every pony around. We are extremely thankful to Ruth and highly recommend RT equestrian for her excellent coaching services.
