Highly recommended. I cannot thank Tony enough for his compassion and the gentle, caring way he dealt with my darling boy Hector. He made a terrible time a little more bearable. He genuinely understands the pain and the need for something more fitting and dignified for our furry family members.

We sadly lost our boy Razzle on Sunday, to say it was and is heart breaking is an understatement. Rainbows Gate was recommended to us and im so glad it was. The amount of care and compassion from Tony filled us with the reassurance that our boys final journey would be the best we could give him. Thank you so much Tony. I cannot recommend your services enough.

Highly recommend Tony and family. Sadly we lost our little girls battle on Sunday 28th June 2020. We took her to Tony the following day and he returned her ashes to us the same day. I've always lived in fear that crems give you back ashes from not only your animal but others too. When we went to collect Lily, Tony handed me back a bag of metal work from Lily that was in her legs. This just clarified to me it was definately her we were getting back. She was also the only dog he attended to that day. Such a professional, personal service. The perfect last journey we took with our little girly! Thank you!

I lost my little boy Cisco on October 2nd he was 1 week short of his 14th birthdayTony was brilliant with me & my other little dog that I took with me to say farewell to his brother.A lovely resting place where we said our goodbyes.Thank you so much

Came here with my partner for her cat everything was all fine but it's been over a year since we was supposed to get the paw prints and still got nothing even paid for them wouldn't recommend didn't take my cat after she passed due to the lack of information we got even after a year still haven't received either a refund or paw prints poor communication

Sadly on 22 Dec 2018 at 6.30 pm Leo (14 years old) passed away at the vets. I thought I would let them send him for cremation and his ashes to be returned (but not until Friday!) Next day I decided I wanted to say a final goodbye so I did some googling for a pet cremation service where I live. Rainbows Gate appeared so I phoned the number at 1 pm and spoke to Tony and he said I could bring Leo to him straightaway. My husband and I collected him from the vets and we arrived there at 4 pm, where we spent more time with him and he was cremated that evening. The next morning we collected his ashes (presented in a casket with a little bouquet of flowers attached, plaque and card). Tony was marvellous and I have no hesitation in recommending him. All I can say is that I am glad I did it this way.

Kind and caring cannot thank Tony enough for taking care of my very precious boy Rags who passed peacefully on 1st March. Highly recommend to anyone who has lost a much loved pet, service second to none.
