We visited the Greenwich Magnet store to get some ideas on our kitchen design. Dionne was super helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us ample time, even though she wasn't our kitchen designer. Wasn’t the best kitchen sales experience though they do have a lot of kitchens on show. We thought the sales tactic was unusual and felt a lot of what was being said was unsubstantiated. That approach of say anything to get a buyer interested didn’t work however and actually meant we removed Magnet from our shortlist.

Waste of an hour and a half on a design meeting. The assistant did explain a few useful things, but essentially spent around an hour putting the dimensions into the computer while we just wondered about the showroom, getting increasingly bored.When it did come to discussing the design the assistant didn't really add anything in the way of inspiration or solutions.But what I found really bizarre was on the desk next to us was another meeting where the buyers were going through a credit check. All manor of personal details were asked to the customers including having them read out credit card numbers etc. We heard all of it.

Magnet Greenwich, Not the best experience in my life, kitchen ‘designer’ either inept or inexperienced hard to say, mistake after mistake. Shockingly bad customer service after sale. Wrong size units delivered, stuff missed, units dumped in front garden. Still waiting after two months for wrong items to be collected. Items missed off order, then told not in stock and to buy my own, I could go on.I have spoken to three different people at the Greenwich shop to try and get this sorted - nothing done at all. Have tried to speak to store manager, not sure he exists as every time I call I am not put through, even to get his email address was a trial.I am sure other shops may offer a different experience, my experience of the Greenwich shop’s after sales service is abysmal.

Fantastic experience with this branch of Magnet's, Bea my appointed designer was always available, offering brilliant customer service and advise every step of the way. Even when there was an issue I knew Bea would do everything possible to help resolve the challenge which she did on more than one occasion. The rest of the team at the branch were also super helpful, I have a brilliant brand new kitchen thanks to the support of Bea and the other team members.

The designer was helpful, but then after having paid deposit no replies or whatsoever was communicated. Terrible experience - waste of my time and hopefully I can get my money back at least

1. Rude staff and bad advice (contrary to building regulations)2. items missing from delivery3. Terrible communication about re-delivery4. Complaints process only interested financial loss not inconvenience, so if you have to stay with friends and family because of missing items delaying work (rather than a hotel) they are uninterested5. No response to warranty claim after 2.5 months6. Exorbitant to buy any spare/replacement parts

My name is Joy and today I went to this magnet store. I met a worker called Amanda and she was extremely helpful and patient and answered all my questions. She helped me picked out things that I need in my kitchen and things that I didn't even realise. She went through my list patiently and sorted out all the things that I needed. She was amazing and she explained to me the qualities of the things which I didn't know. All the staff that were there were very friendly.

Awful service and badly run. Kitchen poorly designed in the first place (they didn't put in dividers so the whole thing shakes when the washing machine starts). Fitters were appalling, put several units together wonky and didn't attach worktop to wall. Both fitters and installation managers near impossible to get hold of - expect to have to chase. Communication is dreadful; recently I was called in the morning that the fitter had cancelled, when I hadn't even been contacted to say the fitter was coming that day. At present I am still waiting on a date for the remedial fitters; after calling all last week I was told they would call on Monday. They didn't. The whole process has taken months and months and months now and I am fed up.They take your money at the design stage as well, rather than on completion of work, so it's difficult to get money back for the shocking quality of work you receive.The kitchen will be nice if it's ever finished. I would give a 4 star if it weren't for the terrible service of the branch.Also, one other review is their designer so their current Google rating is inflated.
