Very disappointed from the last few purchases. I'm very regular in Luton windmill branch but the last few visits they really disappointed me. Some of the staff is very professional but the managers (Chris Elena ) they don't really care about the customers very unprofessional so I start thinking now to move to different branch. I'm more than happy to give less than a star but there is no option

One of the best Screwfix branches I have visited. Staff always greet with a smile, all type of payments are accepted and they even offer to help to get the items into car. Weekdays finding a parking spot is difficult otherwise all good.Make sure you check website for daily deals or clearance items before you visit. Also compare the prices to B&Q as they are under the same group companies.Edit: I am continuosly impressed by the service, never missed a beat in exceptional service provided. Never waited for more than 5 minute to reach the counter

Easy to order and collect. Ideally, more parking spaces needed but there is single yellow line parking on roadway outside. Good opening hours.

If I could give zero I would.orderd a product on line that was available straight away .went to collect it but was told sorry it won't be in till next day,so lost a day's work but then told oh we have this available so after 30 min went to get my card and waited to b served again to be told oh sorry don't know why she said it's available and in stock as it's not.requested a refund and got paperwork back stating the refund was requested.1week later still no refund so rang the company to be told it has not been requested so will take up to 5/7 more days.terrible customer service from the windmill estate Luton branch.

Great shop for diy'ers and builders alike. Stocked well and staff are always polite and helpful. Definitely one of the top choices for all your needs. Ease of ordering online or via an app for delivery or collection in store is an extra benefit.
