I was so nervous about my consultation appointment as I've never had any cosmetic procedures done before and I was really self conscious of my situation but Vicky was so welcoming, friendly and informative. I instantly felt at ease and she was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the process. I can't wait to get started.

Firstly the staff here are all great!But I feel absolutely conned and a bit naive for handing over £600 for the PRO MAX CELLULITE TREATMENT … please do not part with your money it doesn’t work.I was told this by other beauticians before but I was desperate to try it , I was told to exercise after every treatment and drink lots of water which I did.It doesn’t make you lose weight or stubborn fat , I had no inch loss ( although they claim half an inch but there’s no proof they places the measurements in the same place ) not one tiny little bit and I’m absolutely gutted.I had 12 treatments 45 mins each and omg the pain was unbearable!!! They do not explain this part at all. But I thought pain is beauty. The bruises I had after each session were large in places and took days to go away.The before and after pictures are IDENTICAL… I will be fighting to get a full refund and maybe some compensation for the sheer amount of pain I went through and time I wasted.If you research this treatment properly all you will find is photoshopped images. I’m not sure what this does but I’m concerned and I have no results after 2 months / 12 treatments £600 down the drain.I just hope the clinic are understanding and agree to a full refund because I paid for something I didn’t recieve.UPDATE … they are refusing to take any responsibility or refund any cash. Claiming they have no head office … what a joke! STEER CLEAR

The staff were very welcoming. The clinic environment was both relaxed and professional. Treatment - millia removal - was carried out efficiently by Naomi. She gave a good rationale for the treatment provided, with explanation about factors that contributed to the cause of the problem, and advice about prevention following treatment. I found her to be very friendly and informative. I felt that the focus was very much on what I wanted to achieve from the treatment, that I was listened to. I liked the fact that there was no attempt to sell or advertise other treatments during my appointment.I am very pleased with the results, and will be recommending Changes clinic to friends and family.

I had a brilliant experience at my appointment today. I had a consultation that was thorough and explained in ways that I could understand. There were two available options and these were both explained to me.Treatment was completed after the consultation and this was professional. Really appreciate the time explaining what outcomes maybe on one treatment and explaining if I need further.

The process from start to finish was extremely easy and all members of the team were ever so polite and welcoming. My appointment was with Vicky whom made me feel completely at ease and provided such a friendly and professional service - an asset to the Company. Exceptional service, Thank you.

I attended Changes Clinic for a course of Promax Liposuction treatments this summer.Not only was I very satisfied with the results but the Ladies I had the pleasure of interacting with were all very professional, friendly and easy-going.Changes is also more than just a beauty parlour they offer many procedures that go beyond that of a make up artist.If like me you are a male do not feel put off going to this clinic not only are the staff knowledgeable and well-trained but the results are evident at the end of a course of treatments.Should I require further treatments I will defiantly get in touch and I would recommend anyone who is looking for treatments which are offered at Changes consider this clinic.- Ellis

Excellent care and treatment with Changes. I booked to have a cyst on my leg removed. From first contact to arrival, the process was simple and smooth.
