A few months ago I switched providers to PB Cloud Solutions, and earlier on this month there was a fault on my line. I emailed Dan at PB and almost immediately got a response saying he’s on it. Just a few minutes later, Dan called to say he had tested the line and arranged Open Reach to visit. They came and fixed the fault which was on the overhead wires near my house. At every stage Dan kept me up to date with what was happening, he seemed to know more about the movements and timings of Open Reach than they did!This level of service is exceptional, and is virtually unheard of these days. I really could not recommend PB Cloud Solutions enough.

The whole process was completely hassle-free, which is very unusual in the world of mobile phones, and news handsets were delivered with SIM cards, which were all activated in the timescales advised and the whole team were up-and-running seamlessly.The online portal is massively powerful, and we’ve been able to complete several changes ourselves which would normally rely on sitting on the phone queuing for hours.
