I haven't skated for about 20 years, I did some research but had some questions and when I called up the guy was really helpful. We discussed a few options and I ended up buying a pair of USD Sway Team IV. They arrived next day and fit true to size.My experience was great from start to finish and I highly recommend Loco Skates.

Bought some new skates, arrived swiftly, they were too small so had a great chat with them (took a few attempts to get through) on the phone to discuss stuff, very informative. Opted to use the free size exchange, took about a week for the turnaround but skates (powerslide next core 80) have arrived and fit great. My only grievance is they’re so far away from me I can’t drop in for a cuppa and a chinwag.

Excellent website, Youtube channel, but most importantly, customer service. I had to cancel a pre-order, and they were responsive, honest, and cancelled the order as soon as possible. While I am not local, I appreciate great customer service without pressure tactics, and wouldn't hesitate to buy/pre-order again. Special shout out to Harry for his help.

After 25 years off of blades I found it a little confusing finding the right pair for me, especially with all the choices we have today. My initial pair i ordered didn't fit . This wasn't an issue at all. The easy to follow and fool proof returns procedure is stupidly easy and I ended up with exactly what I needed and literally next day too.Kudos to Loco for their absolutely flawless set up and thanks helping an old boy back into an awesome sport.Keep up the great work and thanks againBlessings and light!

Cool little shop. The guys' knowledge here is much appreciated and always nice being able to test fit before buying. Online shop and returns is brilliant too. Check out their YouTube channel if you're looking for any blading tips etc

Got 3 wets of skates for me and my kids.. they have a few bits on show but .. pick what you want..and try them out.. we had no problem finding what we were after. Much more preferred than ordering online and having to return 2 or 3 times because of size or quality issues.

Simply outstanding!I recently purchased a pair of skates for here their prices and service was great.The outstanding remark refers to their excellent customer service and after care. I had an issue with the wheel on my skates and their reaction was quick and hassle free!
