Perry Holt well and truly tried to pull the wool over our eyes after trying to lease a commercial property from them. They were unwilling to provide necessary documents needed to complete the lease eg. Fire risk assessment certificate, electrical inspection certificate etc. If it wasn’t for our rigorous solicitor who could see right through them we could have been liable for a number of costly matters once completing with them.Avoid at all costs.
