McIntosh Fergus Solicitors

Worst mistake we ever made was using McIntosh Fergus Solicitors to help us buy our house. They were also meant to sort our government refund with the help to buy scheme.They never bothered to file the paperwork for our help to buy refund and when we questioned them about it they tried to put the blame on us for not giving him the paperwork. Which was a complete lie. After this we tried to contact them through email and phone for months with no response.We ended up giving up and cut our losses.

Highly recommend the efficient and reliable services of Mr McIntosh. Mr McIntosh and staff were professional and approachable throughout my house purchase. My housepurchase was stress free with no delays. Much appeciated.

One of the most unprofessional solicitors I have ever known, doesn't reply to emails or phone calls and doesn't provide updates in respect of probate, happily holding onto inheritances most likely without any inclination to ever pay anything out. An absolute disgrace to a grieving family

Wasn't very helpful when we found few issues after moving in. We couldn't open most of the windows because the key wasn't provided by the seller. Fergus McIntosh told us that its not his problem and we should contact Estate agent!!! Avoid at all cost.

Rang up to make enquiry never met a most unhelpful solicitor and quite rude.Went to another solicitor to deal with out affairs . Would not recommend him.

Avoid at all costs. Gives false information for his own personal financial gain. Told me i could not sort out my late fathers estate and McIntosh had to do it. ( My father had a will made ). Only later did i find out off my fathers bank that i could of very easily sorted my fathers affairs myself at no costs. Fergal McIntosh duped me into using his services under false hood and lies and has taken payment out of my late fathers funeral insurance to pay himself. AVOID AVOID AVOID... He even had the brass neck to charge me for phone calls he made to me.
