Kathy Newman - The Essential Healer

Kathy is a gifted healer and a lovely person, always taking time to listen and share experiences. We always have nice chats and a good laugh about life in general, but it's her unique combination of Reichi and spinal energy massage that is so wonderfully restorative, invigorating and spiritually uplifting. I like to book a session with Kathy on a monthly basis to get an emotional reboot.

I had a lovely Spinal Energy Treatment with Kathy. The treatment was very gentle but effective. It was relaxing and uplifting at the same time and all the stress just disappeared. The aroma from the essential oils were beautiful and at the end Kathy done some energy healing and that is when I really relaxed, never been this relaxed in my life. Thank you Kathy, that was amazing, I definitely would recommend this treatment xx ❤

I had a wonderful experience whilst receiving reflexology & reiki with Kathy.Firstly, what a beautiful space to have the treatment, it felt so relaxing as soon as I walked in.Kathy was so friendly, warm and inviting allowing me to feel totally at ease. As it was my first time receiving treatment from Kathy, she listened to why I had booked the treatment and what I was hoping to achieve. Kathy then explained everything she was going to do and checked I was comfortable.The treatment itself was a lovely gentle pressure allowing me to feel totally relaxed. The most wonderful experience you could wish for in warm and relaxing comfort. I had a gentle Spinal Energy massage with oils and drifted into my 'special place'. I most certainly felt the transference of her energy. From the minute I arrived, to the minute I left, I felt calmed by Kathy's words and presence. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I had a lovely session with Kathy experiencing the spinal energy release. It was very soothing especially smelling all the wonderful aromatherapy blends. I slept so much better after the treatment. I visited Kathy for a Reiki session recently. On arrival, she gave a warm and friendly welcome. She is kind, gentle in nature and has an empathetic and very grounded outlook. I felt aligned and connected to her instantly. Kathy gave a clear and thorough explanation of how our session would work.Once we began, I felt immediately calm and relaxed. I could sense where she was and which areas she was working on, and felt the realignment of my energy as she worked. At the end of the session I felt lighter, balance and realigned. When I stood up my stance and gate felt perfectly balanced.Kathy gave one of the best Reiki sessions I have ever had. Her ability to connect with you and deliver a truly holistic experience was second to none. I highly recommend her as your Reiki practitioner.Thank you Kathy, I'll be back.
