Great service, arrived promptly after I called and got me back in the house in minutes. Eyan is a really nice guy, we had some good banter while he was working. Reasonably priced, no upsell, hidden costs etc. 10/10 I know who I'm calling if I lock myself out again!

Called Eyan at 9.30 am on a bank holiday. He was very helpful on the phone and was at my house by lunchtime. Composite locking mechanism had failed. Very quickly, he'd freed the mechanism. He had a replacement part stocked, and everything was sorted not long after. Can highly recommend!!

We cannot recommend Eyan enough! He got to us within the hour during the weekend to help us when our key broke off in the lock. Eyan was so helpful and friendly - he was very upfront with the cost, (which was a very reasonable price) recommended the best options for us and our lock was fixed in no time at all. Incredibly professional and diligent! I would happily give 10 stars if I could. Eyan came out on short notice (on his day off) and expertly put in 2 emergency locks after our house was vandalised. He was very efficient and incredibly kind. Couldn’t recommend him enough, thank you again Eyan!!!

Eyan was extremely helpful when coming to fix an internal lock for us. Despite the hard condition with the door he delivered an amazing service! It took a lot longer than it normally would for him but he never complained and was still very happy on the job. Really pleased with the outcome. Would strongly recommend and would definitely use his service again.
