Excellent club, went for first time on Thursday, made to feel really welcome, not done any phys in 2 years due to injury, but was able to train around it, with no pressure to try to keep up with younger ones, it didn't seem all about the syllabus, but more enjoyment and the chance to feel comfortable within the setting.As its been 2 years for me, as anyone could imagine the next day added with being 44 yrs old, I had a few aches, but no more than I was expecting. Can't wait to go back.If anyone isn't sure, just show up and have the taster sessions! There's no way of seeing if it's for you unless you give it a try. I'm not looking back now

I first met Mr Kershaw back in 1987 passed my 1st Dan March 3rd 1990. Excellent club back then actually helped to demolish walls in the present club when he first acquired the building. Taught me how to drive a bus as well. His club went from strength to strength met Mrs Kershaw through the club and is a well respected and genuine person. I owe a lot of thanks to this man. Despite not doing Ju Jitsu for 20 years the discipline, respect and techniques he taught me still remain with me today.

Started training with them four years ago. Very strong technical Jiu jitsu. Highly recommend
